This month’s cover art is a section of “Redemption” (above) by Lois Hall, who keeps her studio at Arts Mineral Point’s Cannery Incubator space. Lois’ inspiration for the piece was her husband, who she says is hooked on daily treks at the Merry Christmas Mine Hill Trails and Prairie. “He has been very sedentary and really needed this place to get him moving! Now we walk together! His chance at redemption, I guess.” Lois is among the Arts Mineral Point members featured in a show at the historic Masonic Lodge in Mineral Point Feb. 6 and 13.
