Wine and Dessert Pairing

This Valentine’s Day, treat yourself and the people you love to a decadent evening of wine from Wild Hills Winery and delicious desserts from Christy’s Sunny Side Bakery. Guests will be treated to samples of six artisanal wines and six rich desserts in a romantic but casual setting. During this 45-minute wine and dessert pairing event, guests will learn the cultural history of matching wine and desserts, how to balance different wines with different desserts, and how factors such as acidity, intensity and sweetness can impact a pairing. This event will introduce guests to various Wild Hills Wine made from Wisconsin, estate-grown grapes and a delicious dessert menu made from local bakery, Christy’s Sunny Side Bakery. A perfect Valentine’s Day evening for anyone: couples, groups and those flying solo.
