Field to Table: Gathering and Cooking Wild Edibles

What a fabulous opportunity to get out into nature and return with ingredients for a meal! Learn how to confidently identify, gather, prepare and cook wild foods, including all the bounty of early summer such as berries, fish, mushrooms and more — whatever we can find. Bring your sense of curiosity and dress for the weather.
Register by June 17 for the early-bird rate of $80. The course fee will be $90 after June 17.
