A Tribute
Humble and hardworking
Keeper of an ancient way
Head waters
Head the waters
of fractured faith
and flame
A mouth of many words
Spoken in
her native tongue
Confluent berth
Gives birth
to sacred song
A deluge
of proud praises
This solemn assembly
I bow beneath
Her withered branch
and bough
One Holy union
the host of my
She spins my straw
and takes my gold
Treasures wide and deep
Memory never sleeps
Gathered here once more
Beside her stately shore
I am whole and known
Saved by grace
